ORDERS: Since my work is custom-made, please allow 2-3 weeks for completion.  Once it is created, it will be shipped out within 3 days.  Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received; so respect of my clientele is of utmost importance; therefore, your beautiful piece will arrive promptly.

PAYMENT: PayPal, credit card and various payment services are available for your convenience.  Simply select your payment option at Checkout.

SHIPPING: Presently, sales are limited to residents of the continental USA only, and shipment is free.  If, however, you reside elsewhere and have interest in one of my pieces, please feel free to contact me, via email.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All sales are final, albeit, if a malfunction or failure occurs, a complete refund or exchange will be granted upon return receipt, with a thorough product inspection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Since leather hides vary in appearance, due to individual characteristics of the animal, products will range in their unique look, but isn’t that what makes it beautiful?

Leather accessories are contingent on the availability of the hides, which, at times, may take weeks for delivery; so if you are awaiting a product to be available for purchase, your patience is much appreciated.
