Wash on the reverse side with neutral detergents.  Do not soak, expose to the sun, or bleach. Iron, steam, or tumble dry at low temperature (max 30℃ or 90℉).  Slight floating color may occur during initial washing.  It is recommended to wash with clothes of similar color.

IMAGE RESOLUTION/COLOR: All artwork is created at the highest resolution; but color may vary from one monitor to the next; so the final product may not be exactly as you presently view it; however, please be assured that each phone case will be beautiful, nevertheless.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Due to products being custom, all sales are final, albeit, if a malfunction or failure occurs, a complete refund or exchange will be granted upon return receipt, with a thorough product inspection.

ORDERS: Since my work is custom-made, please allow 2-3 weeks for completion.  Once it is created, it will be shipped out within 3 days.  Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received; so respect of my clientele is of utmost importance; therefore, your beautiful piece will arrive promptly.
